Carlos and Aileen did a fantastic job creating a new pathway for our guests at our Ashland B&B. They helped us design a new pathway that would better serve the needs of our business and upgrade to current standards. They also helped us fine tune the project to help us stay within our budget while still achieving our goals. In addition, Aileen helped us with the permit process with the city. Carlos completed the project very efficiently and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Both Aileen and Carlos were very pleasant and professional through every step of the project. I highly recommend them and will add pictures once we get some of the new landscaping around the sidewalk completed.

The sidewalk along our home was crumbling, so I hired PNW concrete to remove and replace it. They came out to my house for a bid quickly, and they started/finished the work swiftly as well. The total time: 2 days. Day 1 was removal, day 2 was cement. They are incredibly organized, efficient, and have great communication. I would highly recommend this company.

If you want something done involving concrete, and the people at PNW Concrete Concepts say they are able to do it, you will be pleased with the results, And the experience.

Nearly eight months after PNW has completed our project, our satisfaction remains on the “delighted” end of the scale. Think of all the GOOD words you might like to use to describe a contractor: smart, honest, informative, timely, good natured, communicative, hard working. Aileen and Carlos earn every bit of that praise and more. We believe they are best contracting team we have ever had work for us.
My wife said to add, that small things will go wrong with any project. But Carlos and Aileen were always insistent on making it right as soon as possible. They were attentive to any of our concerns.
Our project included demolition of existing driveway and retaining wall, excavation and changing the slope/grade of the driveway, additional stairs, and retaining wall including precision placement of fence supports. The work utilized color-tinted concrete throughout (two contrasting colors). They also coordinated with the utility company for moving our gas line.
We are so happy we decided to go with PNW for our project!

I have used PNW Concrete Concepts LLC three times this past year on different properties. Each project has been completed within the time promised with outstanding work and results! The last job they did for me, I had a contractor and electrician working on the property. They both were impressed and asked for contact information.

I started my journey with PNW Concrete Concepts wanting to replace my deck. What was originally a simple idea, turned into a beautiful backyard transformation. Aileen did a superb job of keeping me updated on timelines, worked well with neighbors, and provided suggestions I never considered… but implemented! Carlos on the other hand might not be human. His work ethic is unmatched. From demolition to final design, I couldn’t be more impressed. This is just the first phase of a larger project. Looking forward to working with these folks again in the near future!

This is really a great company to work with and I'm assuming that would be for larger projects as well as small ones like ours. They were responsive to the work requirements; bid was competitive; scheduling fully met our needs; they began work when they said and completed work before estimated completion date. Most importantly however, was the care and effort that went into this very small project. They treated our home like it was their own and they made our steps and landing look better than it ever was before. Work quality exceeded my expectations. PNW Concrete Concepts did an outstanding installation of a 4 inch concrete slab for a SwimSpa. They visited to see what was needed and returned punctually on the date and time set. They cleared the yard and a mobile concrete delivery was used to lay and finish the slab within hours. They returned the next day to lay artificial grass. This team goes above and beyond with communication and execution. Everything done to perfection with a friendly attitude. Truly exceptional.
